Welcome to QuickFlick TV (“QuickFlick TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickFlick TV website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using QuickFlick TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickFlick TV. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Platform Overview

QuickFlick TV is a fan-powered studio and social streaming platform that allows users to:

Watch pilots, micro-series, and original content
Upload scripted content, reactions, images, and clips
Vote using features such as Hit or Miss
Participate in discovery through Produce or Drop and QuickPeek

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant QuickFlick TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your User Content solely in connection with operating and marketing the platform.

4.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and share it.

QuickFlick TV does not pre-screen all User Content and does not endorse any content uploaded by users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on QuickFlick TV, excluding User Content, are the property of QuickFlick TV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform-owned content without prior written permission.

6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

QuickFlick TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Users may only upload content they own or have the legal right to use. QuickFlick TV does not claim ownership of user-submitted content and is not responsible for content uploaded by users that infringes on the rights of third parties.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), QuickFlick TV will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

6.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or uploaded on QuickFlick TV in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the platform
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

6.2 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, QuickFlick TV may restore the content unless legal action is initiated by the reporting party.

6.3 Repeat Infringers

QuickFlick TV may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing
Contains hate speech or explicit sexual content
Is misleading or impersonates others
Violates any applicable law or regulation

You also agree not to:

Interfere with platform operations or security
Scrape or collect data without authorization
Circumvent moderation or safety systems

QuickFlick TV reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Community Interaction & Voting

Features such as Hit or Miss, voting, comments, and sharing are community-driven tools designed to support discovery and engagement.

Engagement does not guarantee funding, production, compensation, or advancement of any project.

9. Termination

QuickFlick TV may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

QuickFlick TV is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or reliability.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickFlick TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or User Content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickFlick TV, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims or expenses arising from:

Your User Content
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

QuickFlick TV may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
